All of our teachers undergo thorough background checks and complete mandated reporting training before leading any classes. They also receive training in active shooter response, CPR, and more. To ensure the highest level of safety, we provide ongoing updates throughout the year on new laws, policies, and procedures, keeping our staff fully prepared to protect and support every child in our program

There are many ways to get involved as a volunteer in our After-School Program! You can sign up to teach a class—whether it’s one we already offer or a new idea you’d love to bring to life. If teaching isn’t your style, we also welcome volunteers to chaperone in the rec room, engage with the kids, or even help cook meals. Just an hour or two a week can make a big difference! We can never have too many helping hands!
